Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Healthcare Administration, Public Health, or related field.
- 8+ years of experience in field marketing, account-based marketing, or event/experiential marketing.
- Experience in healthcare or health systems is preferred.
- 2+ years of experience with marketing automation technology, preferably HubSpot.
- Valid driver's license and ability to drive within assigned territory.
- Ability to travel frequently (approx. 35%) via plane and car for events and meetings.
- Experience engaging with executive-level leaders and physicians.
- Demonstrated success in executing experiential tactics that drive lead generation.
- Proficiency in Agile project management.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Responsibilities
- Design and manage experiential events including roundtables, tradeshows, webinars, and regional activations.
- Create and localize high-impact marketing campaigns and messaging tailored to specific regional markets.
- Execute targeted account-based marketing (ABM) strategies in collaboration with sales and development leadership.
- Build and maintain relationships with key opinion leaders, medical societies, and healthcare providers.
- Measure and report on field marketing impact using quantitative and qualitative KPIs.
- Mentor junior staff and streamline event processes.
