Requirements

  • 1 to 4 years of experience in event marketing, field marketing, or event coordination, ideally in B2B or tech.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to manage timelines, budgets, and vendors.
  • Proven track record of managing an events budget, forecasting, and tracking spend.
  • Ability to define, track, and report on event KPIs to connect activity to pipeline and revenue.
  • Demonstrable experience using AI tools or workflows to automate/improve marketing tasks.
  • Familiarity with HubSpot CRM.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills for team briefing and executive interaction.
  • Ability to problem-solve independently under pressure.
  • Willingness to travel 30-50% of the time, primarily within North America.
  • Must reside within approximately one hour of a major airport hub with frequent direct flights.

Responsibilities

  • Research, prioritize, and recommend tradeshows, conferences, and industry events that align with ICP and revenue goals.
  • Manage end-to-end event logistics, including booth design, vendor relations, shipping, travel, and on-site execution.
  • Partner with sales to drive pre-show meetings and ensure effective lead capture, qualification, and follow-up.
  • Host and produce digital events, including webinars and podcasts.
  • Own the annual events budget, tracking costs and making strategic trade-offs to maximize ROI.
  • Define and report on event-specific KPIs to measure pipeline and revenue impact.
  • Develop pre- and post-event marketing campaigns, including email, social, and paid promotion.
