Requirements
- 1 to 4 years of experience in event marketing, field marketing, or event coordination, ideally in B2B or tech.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to manage timelines, budgets, and vendors.
- Proven track record of managing an events budget, forecasting, and tracking spend.
- Ability to define, track, and report on event KPIs to connect activity to pipeline and revenue.
- Demonstrable experience using AI tools or workflows to automate/improve marketing tasks.
- Familiarity with HubSpot CRM.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills for team briefing and executive interaction.
- Ability to problem-solve independently under pressure.
- Willingness to travel 30-50% of the time, primarily within North America.
- Must reside within approximately one hour of a major airport hub with frequent direct flights.
Responsibilities
- Research, prioritize, and recommend tradeshows, conferences, and industry events that align with ICP and revenue goals.
- Manage end-to-end event logistics, including booth design, vendor relations, shipping, travel, and on-site execution.
- Partner with sales to drive pre-show meetings and ensure effective lead capture, qualification, and follow-up.
- Host and produce digital events, including webinars and podcasts.
- Own the annual events budget, tracking costs and making strategic trade-offs to maximize ROI.
- Define and report on event-specific KPIs to measure pipeline and revenue impact.
- Develop pre- and post-event marketing campaigns, including email, social, and paid promotion.
