Requirements

  • 1 to 4 years of experience in event marketing, field marketing, or event coordination, ideally in B2B or tech environments.
  • Demonstrable track record of organizing events end-to-end.
  • Proficiency in using AI tools and workflows to automate or improve marketing tasks.
  • Experience managing and forecasting event budgets.
  • Ability to define KPIs and connect event activity to revenue metrics.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to manage complex timelines and multiple stakeholders.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to travel 30-50% during peak seasons across North America and potentially Europe.
  • Must live within roughly one hour of a major airport hub.
  • Familiarity with HubSpot CRM.

Responsibilities

  • Research and recommend tradeshows, conferences, and industry events to align with company revenue goals.
  • Manage end-to-end event execution including booth design, logistics, catering, and travel arrangements.
  • Negotiate sponsorships, vendor contracts, and booth space to maximize ROI.
  • Act as on-site point of contact for event set up, tear down, and troubleshooting.
  • Partner with sales to execute pre-show outreach, coordinate on-site meetings, and manage lead follow-up.
  • Run digital events including webinars and podcasts, serving as a company host.
  • Define event KPIs and manage the event budget, including reporting on ROI and pipeline contribution.
