Senior Software Engineer (Full Stack)

Own features across Raise end to end, from forms and campaign pages to A/B testing, analytics, and data-driven donor upgrades.
Build agentic experiences for nonprofit customers, including automated form/page building and AI-driven donor communication.
Design, build, and ship net-new, revenue-driving features across the full stack.
Own the performance, scalability, and reliability of systems, including instrumentation and monitoring.
Review AI-generated code with architectural judgment to ensure correctness and maintainability.
Collaborate with Product and Design teams to translate requirements into technical solutions.
Participate in code reviews and architectural discussions.
Research and resolve customer bugs to ensure a world-class product experience.

You will develop and enhance a responsive fundraising platform, integrating features for donor management, marketing automation, and online giving. Engineers at Virtuous solve complex problems related to nonprofit CRM technology, data integration, and AI-powered insights. You will work with integrations and APIs, querying, and reporting.
