Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent, preferably in Analytics.
- Minimum five (5) years of relevant work experience in data and analytics.
- Minimum three (3) years of experience in the healthcare industry, with exposure to provider and/or payer operations.
- Minimum three (3) years of experience working with claims data and provider network data.
- Advanced proficiency in SQL, Excel, and Power BI (or other data visualization tool).
- Hands-on experience with analysis design problems and varied healthcare datasets (e.g., enrollment, benefits, clinical, risk).
- Ability to work with influence and a collaborative spirit.
- Preferred: Experience in Health Plan analytics (eligibility, enrollment, contracting, claim processing, capitation).
- Preferred: Databricks and GitHub experience.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to identify and define useful operational and clinical metrics.
- Provide analytical ideas to improve business and clinical efficacy.
- Build relationships and trust with business partners.
- Utilize data, analysis, and modeling to optimize operations and clinical outcomes.
- Partner with the Data Warehousing team to design business-facing semantic layers and foundational information structures.
- Serve as a subject matter expert for business logic to convert information into metrics and KPIs.
- Develop a single source of truth repository for clinical and operational data.
- Communicate logic and insights to business leaders and stakeholders.
- Maintain an enterprise KPI catalog and dictionary and participate in metrics governance.
