Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Data Analytics or a related field.
- Four years of experience in a data analysis role.
- Experience designing dashboards and enabling self-serve analytics through Business Intelligence tools.
- Experience with relational database modeling or building reporting layers within Business Intelligence tooling.
- Experience with Postgres and SQL databases.
- Experience performing QA on complex SQL queries for bugs, optimization, and performance.
- Experience with statistical programming with R or Python for solving business questions.
- Experience with A/B testing and product analytics.
Responsibilities
- Provide descriptive and diagnostic analysis to inform product decision-making, evaluate performance and make tactical recommendations.
- Support and guide project-based work using analytic tools to produce datasets for analysis.
- Use BI tools to empower end users with timely, accurate and informative data and visualizations.
- Design dashboards to monitor KPIs and business drivers and ensure all metrics are consistent with business strategy.
- Discuss questions and hypotheses with external and internal customers based on deep data analysis, and act as the G2 Data SME.
- Lead team discussions and collaborate with technical and non-technical team members to solve business problems.
- Provide guidance and coaching to junior team members, helping them understand complex datasets, models, and business requirements.
- Identify opportunities to improve reporting and data management tasks.
