Requirements
- 3-5+ years of experience in data analytics, financial services, management consulting, or high-growth technology.
- Strong fluency in SQL.
- Experience using Python or PySpark is a plus.
- Track record of quickly learning complex data methodologies and building strong mental models.
- Demonstrated ability to take ownership beyond immediate scope and drive problems forward independently.
- Ability to communicate complex concepts, risks, and tradeoffs clearly to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Active use of AI tools and desire to leverage them for analytical work.
- Strong analytical judgment for solving problems with incomplete or ambiguous information.
Responsibilities
- Own data products end-to-end, ensuring accuracy, client value, and efficiency.
- Work with massive amounts of data to answer client questions about companies and market trends.
- Tackle complex data problems using analytical judgment to refine methodologies and test new datasets.
- Use AI and automation tooling to drive leverage, increase speed, and reduce manual work.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Research, Engineering, and Product teams to align on best practices.
- Identify opportunities to improve products, processes, and methodologies to deliver higher value to clients.
