Requirements
- 4+ years of experience in a business intelligence, analytics, or data analyst role
- Bachelor’s degree (or higher) in a quantitative field such as Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or similar
- Hands-on experience working within Snowflake or similar cloud data warehouse environments
- Strong SQL skills with the ability to perform complex joins, transformations, and data modeling
- Experience building dashboards and data visualizations using Tableau or comparable tools (Power BI, Looker, etc.)
- Strong proficiency in Excel, including pivot tables, lookups, and advanced formulas
- Experience working with modern data stacks (e.g., dbt, Git, Python is a plus)
- Exposure to AI-assisted analytics tools (e.g., Snowflake Intelligence, Claude, or similar) is highly desirable
- Strong communication skills with the ability to translate data into clear business insights
Responsibilities
- Develop deep expertise in internal data systems, including Salesforce and cloud-based data warehouses, to generate actionable business insights
- Partner with cross-functional teams to define data requirements and translate business needs into analytical solutions
- Build and maintain dashboards, reports, and self-service analytics tools using Tableau and SQL
- Perform complex data transformations, joins, and modeling to support advanced analysis and reporting
- Leverage modern data stack tools, including Snowflake, dbt, and AI tools such as Claude, to automate reporting and enhance analytics workflows
- Contribute to the broader analytics organization, supporting initiatives across business intelligence, analytics engineering, and data science
- Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and accessibility for stakeholders across the business
