- Lead the Workday implementation as the HR workstream lead, defining system requirements and shaping module design with internal experts
- Ensure genuine understanding and adoption of Workday by managers and employees
- Map core HR workflows end-to-end, identifying opportunities for automation using AI and Workday-native tooling
- Set data standards for trustworthy downstream analytics and explore using LLMs or workflow tools to save time
- Understand why the HR framework isn't followed everywhere and build education/enablement programs to address it
- Design targeted interventions for habits that are hardest to change
- Run HR systems as a true owner, including data integrity, access governance, integration architecture, and standard reporting
- Lead a team of 4 (manager/director, program manager, onboarding and systems specialists)
- Own integrations between HR, payroll, ATS, benefits, and AI platforms
- Stand up SLAs for manager and employee requests
- Own the new hire experience from preboarding through 90 days with role-specific tracks
- Build an AI-powered self-service layer for policy Q&A and onboarding guidance to reduce tier-1 HR volume
