Requirements

  • 7–8 years of hands-on B2B SaaS demand generation and integrated campaign experience.
  • Proven track record of measurable pipeline and revenue impact.
  • Expert-level proficiency in Marketo, including building programs and lead scoring frameworks.
  • Deep expertise in funnel metrics (Leads, MQLs, SQLs, PQLs, and Opportunities).
  • Experience managing full-cycle webinar programs using platforms like Zoom Webinars or ON24.
  • Strong executive presence with the ability to present strategy to senior leadership.
  • Demonstrated ability to operate in a high-velocity environment with shifting priorities.
  • Exceptional written communication skills for campaign copy and executive summaries.
  • Proficiency with Salesforce and Google Analytics.
  • Experience working alongside Product, Product Marketing, Web, and Sales teams.
  • Strong preference for experience marketing to developer or technical audiences.

Responsibilities

  • Drive global integrated campaign strategies tied to monthly product launches, demand generation goals, and customer expansion.
  • Execute end-to-end programs across email, third-party sponsorships, events, and content development.
  • Lead webinar campaigns from strategy and audience targeting to platform execution and ROI reporting.
  • Architect and refine lead scoring models in Marketo to ensure high-quality pipeline.
  • Build multi-touch campaigns across web, digital, and in-product channels with clear attribution.
  • Represent the Campaigns function in high-stakes cross-functional planning and executive reviews.
  • Partner with Product Marketing to translate technical product narratives for developer and DevOps audiences.
  • Manage agency relationships and external vendors to drive accountability.
