- Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
- Proficiency in marketing technology platforms such as Salesforce, HubSpot (or Marketo/Eloqua), and Google Analytics.
- Proficiency in project management tools.
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills.
- Familiarity with segmentation, personalization, and campaign automation best practices.
Responsibilities
- Develop and lead comprehensive, multi-channel marketing campaigns aligned to business unit goals.
- Collaborate with business unit stakeholders to understand target audiences, value propositions, and messaging.
- Manage end-to-end campaign execution, partnering with internal teams and external marketing agencies.
- Own campaign timelines, deliverables, and budgets to ensure on-time and high-quality execution.
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance using marketing analytics tools and dashboards.
- Continuously test, optimize, and iterate based on data-driven insights to improve conversion rates.
- Partner with sales to ensure campaign alignment and support enablement.
