  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Familiarity with segmentation, personalization, and campaign automation best practices.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and lead comprehensive, multi-channel marketing campaigns aligned to business unit goals.
  • Collaborate with business unit stakeholders to understand target audiences, value propositions, and messaging.
  • Manage end-to-end campaign execution, partnering with internal teams and external marketing agencies.
  • Own campaign timelines, deliverables, and budgets to ensure on-time and high-quality execution.
  • Monitor and analyze campaign performance using marketing analytics tools and dashboards.
  • Continuously test, optimize, and iterate based on data-driven insights to improve conversion rates.
  • Partner with sales to ensure campaign alignment and support enablement.
