Requirements
- Proven experience as an Executive Project Manager, Senior PM, or Program Manager.
- Demonstrated experience supporting 8-figure or larger businesses.
- Background working in a high-intensity, high-growth, sales-led environment.
- Strong understanding of resource allocation, capacity planning, and project dependencies.
- Ability to break abstract strategies into workstreams, milestones, and tasks.
- Proficiency with project management software, specifically ClickUp or Asana.
- Experience building visual project roadmaps and Gantt charts.
- Ability to work directly under executive leadership and manage complex stakeholders.
- Comfortable navigating ambiguity and proactively shaping project execution.
Responsibilities
- Manage project lifecycles for client account onboarding and technical integrations.
- Partner with CEO and COO to translate quarterly strategic initiatives into granular task-level plans.
- Own the execution roadmap, sequencing projects across Rev Ops and adjacent teams.
- Conduct capacity planning to balance short-term execution with long-term strategic projects.
- Maintain project management tooling and visual roadmaps (e.g., Gantt charts).
- Identify risks, dependencies, and tradeoffs to ensure initiatives remain on schedule.
