Requirements
- Experience as an Executive Project Manager, Senior PM, or Program Manager.
- Proven experience working directly under a COO or executive leadership team.
- Background supporting 8-figure or larger businesses with complex, cross-functional initiatives.
- Experience in a high-intensity, high-growth, sales-led company environment.
- Advanced project management skills including resource allocation, capacity planning, and dependency tracking.
- Ability to break down complex strategies into workstreams, milestones, and specific task-level plans.
- Hands-on experience managing project plans for marketing or revenue operations teams.
- Proficiency in project management software, specifically ClickUp or Asana.
- Capability to create and interpret Gantt charts and visual roadmap documentation.
- Strong ability to manage initiative overlap and provide clarity in ambiguous environments.
Responsibilities
- Manage project mapping, sequencing, and execution for client account onboarding and technical integrations.
- Partner with the COO and CEO to break down quarterly strategic initiatives into actionable workstreams and tasks.
- Maintain the project execution roadmap across Rev Ops and adjacent teams to ensure alignment with business goals.
- Serve as the central intake and orchestration point for Rev Ops project requests to balance capacity and priorities.
- Develop and maintain visual project management systems including Gantt charts and timelines in tools like ClickUp or Asana.
- Provide executive leadership with clear visibility into project progress, resource bottlenecks, and potential risks.
