Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and professional experience.
- 7+ years of experience in project or program management.
- Strong knowledge of project management methodologies.
- Proven experience leading teams and managing multiple concurrent projects of varying size and complexity.
- Strong expertise in Waterfall project management methodology.
- Experience working in client–vendor environments and managing stakeholder relationships.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Project.
- Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to operate in ambiguous environments.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to tailor messaging across technical and non-technical audiences.
- Collaborative mindset with the ability to mentor and guide team members effectively.
Responsibilities
- Manage multiple projects and programs of varying complexity across the full project lifecycle.
- Lead cross-functional teams to execute system enhancements, modifications, and operational improvements.
- Support smaller initiatives directly while contributing to the governance of larger, multi-stream programs.
- Coordinate with other project managers to optimize resource allocation and balance capacity.
- Mentor team members, assign work, and serve as an escalation point for delivery or personnel issues.
- Partner with clients and business stakeholders to assess needs, manage demand, and implement continuous improvements.
- Monitor performance against SLAs, identify risks, and proactively implement mitigation strategies.
