Requirements
- 6+ years of experience with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and modern front-end frameworks (React, Vue, Angular, or similar).
- Track record of delivering scalable, maintainable front-end solutions in production environments.
- Experience leading technical implementations for enterprise customers, including discovery, solution design, and onboarding.
- Deep familiarity with APIs, GraphQL, CMS integrations, and component-based architectures.
- Experience working with AI-powered development workflows, prompt-based systems, or LLM-enabled products.
- Strong ability to explain complex technical concepts and build trust with stakeholders.
- Proactive problem-solving mindset with the ability to drive practical solutions.
- Strategic thinker capable of connecting technical work to business outcomes.
Responsibilities
- Own the end-to-end technical onboarding and implementation process for strategic enterprise customers.
- Partner with customers throughout the full lifecycle to drive activation, sustained usage, and measurable business impact.
- Act as a trusted advisor on Builder’s platform, helping customers identify high-value use cases and best practices.
- Lead onboarding sessions, technical workshops, and executive briefings for diverse audiences.
- Serve as an escalation point for complex technical issues, partnering with internal teams to deliver resolutions.
- Synthesize customer feedback and implementation patterns to inform product and technical roadmap priorities.
- Create and improve enablement assets, documentation, playbooks, and code samples.
