- Hire, develop, and coach your team of Account Executives to meet and exceed sales objectives
- Partner x-functionally to drive a team-based approach to winning and growing enterprise accounts
- Drive operational excellence through a tight operating rhythm and structured sales process
- Be a product expert and feel comfortable assisting your team in generating, advancing, and closing strategic deals
- Accurately assess the skills, motivators, and career goals of each team member and provide ongoing coaching
- Develop and implement sales strategies that drive monthly, quarterly and yearly growth
- Perform regular pipeline reviews, deal inspection, and accurately forecast sales pipeline
- Achieve consistent Pipeline Generation results through the development and execution of effective plans, and enablement
- Learn and maintain in-depth knowledge of Builder’s product, value drivers, competitors
