Requirements
- 4-8 years of outside high-tech IT sales experience.
- Demonstrated track record of achieving annual quota targets.
- Strong channel experience and established relationships with SMB/SME focused resellers, MSPs, VARs, and integrators.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
- Experience in a startup or pre-$100M revenue company preferred.
- IT security product experience preferred.
- Proficiency in CRM tools, GSuite, and MS Office.
- Exceptional communication, listening, writing, and public speaking skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Build a 3-5X pipeline through effective prospecting and lead management within your territory.
- Focus on closing business in companies with between 51 and 1000 employees.
- Manage and report sales pipeline accurately within the CRM.
- Recruit and onboard new partners, ensuring proactive engagement in demand generation activities.
- Maintain regional partner plans mapping partner strengths to target opportunities.
- Coordinate with marketing to deliver programs and campaigns to create partner and customer interest.
- Set financial goals for partners and drive key channel initiatives across sales and technical functions.
