Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in Sales Enablement or closely related GTM roles within SaaS organizations.
  • Proven ability to effectively train and enable teams on technical products across Sales, Customer Success, and Support functions.
  • Demonstrated success in building end-to-end learning paths, onboarding programs, and scalable enablement frameworks.
  • Strong understanding of pre-sales and/or post-sales motions such as discovery, demos, onboarding, retention, and expansion.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence and align stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
  • Highly data-driven, collaborative, and structured in approach to measuring enablement impact.
  • Experience in cybersecurity or MSP environments is a strong plus.

Responsibilities

  • Design and implement structured 30/60/90-day onboarding programs tailored to different GTM roles.
  • Develop and maintain enablement assets including playbooks, talk tracks, sales scripts, and presentation templates.
  • Own the internal GTM knowledge ecosystem, including competitive intelligence and product updates.
  • Partner with Product and GTM leadership to ensure readiness for launches and strategic initiatives.
  • Collaborate with Product Marketing to translate messaging into field-ready training and battle cards.
  • Establish a structured field feedback loop to identify objections, blockers, and performance gaps.
  • Conduct ongoing coaching cadences and track the impact of enablement initiatives.
