Requirements
- 5+ years of full-cycle SaaS sales experience with consistent quota attainment.
- Fluent in German and English.
- Proven track record of self-sourced pipeline generation through outbound prospecting.
- Top producer with a record of closing and expanding business in complex environments.
- Strong technical aptitude with the ability to ramp quickly.
- Ability to deliver compelling product demonstrations for Service Hub, Customer Agent, and Revenue Hub.
- Experience managing multi-stakeholder cycles including C-level stakeholders.
- Exceptional consultative and value-based selling skills.
- Discipline to build comprehensive business cases.
- Growth mindset and comfort with change in a fast-evolving environment.
- Repeatable, metrics-driven process and strong organizational skills.
Responsibilities
- Build own pipeline through multi-channel outbound prospecting into the install base.
- Own the full sales cycle and individual quota from prospecting through close.
- Run complex, multi-stakeholder cycles selling to CS, IT, and business leaders.
- Lead discovery, build business cases, and drive consensus across buying committees.
- Manage the technical sale end-to-end, including discovery and product demonstrations.
- Translate technical value, such as APIs and integrations, into business outcomes.
- Collaborate with internal teams like Growth AEs, Customer Success, and Solutions Engineers.
- Contribute to team learning by sharing insights on prospecting wins and losses.
