Requirements
- Operations or client support background with hands-on experience.
- Experience with root-cause analysis, KPI/trend analysis, QA, or process improvement.
- Proven ability to start with frontline operational work.
- Strong written and spoken English proficiency.
- Demonstrated organizational, analytical, and proactive skills.
- Reside in the Philippines.
- Availability to work US Central Time hours.
- Stable work history.
- Prior progression into a Team Lead, Supervisor, QA, or similar operations role is strongly preferred.
Responsibilities
- Support US-based clients through onboarding, platform adoption, and locator support.
- Perform day-to-day operational work to understand the business from the ground up.
- Identify trends in client inquiries, support activity, and platform usage.
- Investigate operational issues and recommend practical improvements.
- Improve SOPs, onboarding materials, and internal documentation.
- Share operational insights and product feedback with management and engineering teams.
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders to resolve client issues.
