Requirements

  • Operations or client support background with hands-on experience.
  • Experience with root-cause analysis, KPI/trend analysis, QA, or process improvement.
  • Proven ability to start with frontline operational work.
  • Strong written and spoken English proficiency.
  • Demonstrated organizational, analytical, and proactive skills.
  • Reside in the Philippines.
  • Availability to work US Central Time hours.
  • Stable work history.
  • Prior progression into a Team Lead, Supervisor, QA, or similar operations role is strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Support US-based clients through onboarding, platform adoption, and locator support.
  • Perform day-to-day operational work to understand the business from the ground up.
  • Identify trends in client inquiries, support activity, and platform usage.
  • Investigate operational issues and recommend practical improvements.
  • Improve SOPs, onboarding materials, and internal documentation.
  • Share operational insights and product feedback with management and engineering teams.
  • Coordinate with internal stakeholders to resolve client issues.
