Requirements
- Significant career experience in customer-facing roles (solutions consulting, onboarding, or similar).
- Strong knowledge of onboarding best practices.
- Ability to partner cross-functionally across Sales, Success, and Operations teams.
- Experience designing and managing customer workflows and project implementation plans.
- Skill in managing escalations and collaborating to solve complex customer challenges.
- Polished, professional presence for customer-facing video communications.
- Process-improvement mindset with experience using automation or integrations.
- Commitment to documentation and asynchronous workflows.
- Full fluency in English.
- Familiarity with Zendesk or similar ticketing tools is a plus.
- HR professional services or hands-on HR operations experience is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact for onboarding-related topics within internal teams.
- Manage onboarding processes for enterprise clients requiring tailored or high-touch support.
- Execute and evaluate employee onboardings to improve quality and adherence to best practices.
- Provide direct support to customers and employees via Help Desk and Customer Care partnership.
- Collaborate with Customer Operations, Sales, and Payroll to deliver seamless client experiences.
- Maintain up-to-date documentation, knowledge bases, and FAQs for operational use.
- Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and customer outcomes.
