Requirements

  • 8–12 years of experience in partnerships, alliances, or commercial roles.
  • Meaningful experience in GRC, compliance, security, or audit-adjacent domains.
  • Established relationships within the professional services community, such as audit firms, vCISO practices, and VAPT providers.
  • Proven ability to build and manage executive-level relationships with senior practitioners.
  • Track record of building partner programs or alliance functions from inception.
  • Multi-year track record of driving partner-sourced and partner-influenced pipeline in a SaaS environment.
  • Strong strategic thinking, including analytical and financial planning skills.
  • Experience developing joint GTM value propositions and executing multi-year business plans.
  • Strong executive presence and ability to influence senior stakeholders.
  • Experience with AI-powered tools and workflows.

Responsibilities

  • Build multi-year partnership plans to improve customer outcomes and generate revenue.
  • Drive alliance operational rigor and business review governance with internal and partner senior leaders.
  • Lead cross-functional engagement across sales, customer experience, and product teams.
  • Develop and maintain executive-level relationships with Practice Leaders and Managing Directors.
  • Establish and govern joint go-to-market initiatives and co-marketing plans.
  • Manage commercial and operational alignment to resolve conflicts and accelerate deal velocity.
  • Identify and develop new use cases and joint solutions with key delivery partners.
  • Build and maintain a coverage-mapped portfolio of delivery partners across major compliance verticals.
