Requirements
- 8–12 years of experience in partnerships, alliances, business development, or commercial roles.
- Experience within SaaS, cloud, security, or compliance ecosystems.
- Proven track record of building and scaling partner programs or ecosystems.
- Experience engaging with senior stakeholders in professional services firms such as audit, advisory, VAPT, or compliance/legal organizations.
- Demonstrated ability to drive partner-sourced and partner-influenced revenue in complex B2B environments.
- Strong strategic thinking and commercial acumen, including ability to structure joint business plans.
- Experience working cross-functionally with sales, product, and customer success teams.
- Excellent communication and executive presence, with the ability to influence senior internal and external stakeholders.
- Familiarity with compliance, security, or GRC domains is highly desirable.
- Comfort working in greenfield environments, building structure, processes, and scalable systems.
Responsibilities
- Build and execute multi-year delivery partnership strategies to strengthen customer outcomes and drive revenue.
- Establish and manage executive-level relationships with audit firms, security advisory practices, VAPT providers, vCISO organizations, and compliance/legal service partners.
- Design and govern structured partner programs, including joint go-to-market initiatives and enablement frameworks.
- Drive cross-functional collaboration across sales, product, and customer success teams to accelerate partner-led pipeline.
- Build and maintain a scalable portfolio of delivery partners mapped across compliance frameworks, industries, and customer segments.
- Oversee commercial alignment and execution to improve deal velocity and revenue performance.
- Monitor partner performance, capacity, and quality standards to ensure scalable delivery coverage.
