Requirements
- 10–15 years of relevant experience.
- At least 2–3 years in a people management or lead role.
- Chartered Accountant (CA) qualification (Mandatory).
- Subject matter expert in ASC 606 / IFRS 15.
- Track record of handling complex, multi-element arrangements.
- Experience in the SaaS or Technology sector.
- Proven ability to manage a team in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
- Strong executive communication skills for C-suite presentations.
Responsibilities
- Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team of revenue accountants.
- Provide final internal sign-off on complex contract analysis and technical revenue accounting memos.
- Act as the primary point of contact for external and internal auditors regarding revenue recognition.
- Partner with Executive Leadership, Sales, and Legal to influence deal structures.
- Lead the design and implementation of automated revenue recognition systems.
- Provide strategic oversight for complex Percentage of Completion (POCM) and Fixed Price projects.
