Requirements
- 10+ years of product management experience with a strong focus on SaaS growth, platform products, or revenue-driving systems.
- Proven track record of improving activation, retention, engagement, and expansion metrics in complex product ecosystems.
- Deep understanding of SaaS business models, recurring revenue mechanics, and product-led growth strategies.
- Strong experience working with data science, analytics, and engineering teams to build measurement systems and growth insights.
- Expertise in defining product metrics, experimentation frameworks, and customer lifecycle KPIs.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate complex data into clear product decisions.
- Experience influencing cross-functional stakeholders and driving alignment in large, matrixed organizations.
- Excellent communication, storytelling, and leadership skills with the ability to engage both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Familiarity with reseller ecosystems, white-label SaaS platforms, or agency-focused products is a strong plus.
- Experience building or scaling growth dashboards, customer journey analytics, or experimentation platforms is desirable.
Responsibilities
- Own the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for agency revenue growth, driving measurable outcomes across SaaS mode, reselling, billing, and monetization flows.
- Design and evolve a unified agency experience that enables seamless onboarding, activation, monetization, and scaling of SaaS businesses.
- Define and manage end-to-end growth metrics, including activation, adoption, retention, expansion, churn, and overall revenue performance.
- Build and scale experimentation frameworks to continuously optimize user journeys and drive data-informed product decisions.
- Partner with Data Science, Analytics, and Engineering teams to develop customer health models, churn prediction systems, dashboards, and growth insights.
- Identify opportunities for product-led growth by analyzing user behavior, segmentation, and lifecycle patterns.
- Own the Voice of Customer through interviews, behavioral analytics, and retention studies, translating insights into product strategy.
- Collaborate with Engineering, Design, Marketing, Revenue, and Customer Success teams to align priorities and deliver high-impact initiatives.
- Drive continuous improvement of onboarding and engagement funnels to improve customer activation and long-term retention.
- Mentor product managers and contribute to the development of growth frameworks, experimentation culture, and product best practices.
