Requirements
- 10+ years of Product Management experience with a proven track record of driving product growth.
- Strong experience building and scaling SaaS products.
- Deep expertise in onboarding, activation, adoption, retention, and product-led growth.
- Experience owning a product area and delivering measurable improvements in engagement and revenue.
- Strong understanding of SaaS growth metrics, experimentation frameworks, and customer lifecycle management.
- Experience partnering with Data Science, Analytics, and Engineering teams to build measurement frameworks and growth insights.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate data into product decisions.
- Demonstrated ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders and drive alignment.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills.
Responsibilities
- Own the strategy, roadmap, and business outcomes for the Agency Revenue Suite, driving growth across SaaS Mode, Reselling, Rebilling, and the overall agency revenue experience.
- Create a unified experience that enables agencies to launch, monetize, and scale successful SaaS businesses on HighLevel.
- Define and own the measurement strategy for the Agency Revenue Suite, including instrumentation, reporting, and key SaaS metrics.
- Drive measurable improvements in onboarding, activation, engagement, retention, and expansion through product analytics and experimentation.
- Partner with Data Science, Analytics, and Engineering teams to develop growth insights, customer health models, and churn prediction frameworks.
- Establish and scale experimentation frameworks and growth mechanisms to improve business performance.
- Own the Voice of the Customer through research and analysis to inform product strategy and roadmap priorities.
- Influence and align stakeholders across Product, Engineering, Design, Marketing, Revenue, and Customer Success.
- Mentor Product Managers and contribute to product management best practices and growth methodologies.
