Requirements

  • 10+ years of Product Management experience with a proven track record of driving product growth.
  • Strong experience building and scaling SaaS products.
  • Deep expertise in onboarding, activation, adoption, retention, and product-led growth.
  • Experience owning a product area and delivering measurable improvements in engagement and revenue.
  • Strong understanding of SaaS growth metrics, experimentation frameworks, and customer lifecycle management.
  • Experience partnering with Data Science, Analytics, and Engineering teams to build measurement frameworks and growth insights.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate data into product decisions.
  • Demonstrated ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders and drive alignment.
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills.

Responsibilities

  • Own the strategy, roadmap, and business outcomes for the Agency Revenue Suite, driving growth across SaaS Mode, Reselling, Rebilling, and the overall agency revenue experience.
  • Create a unified experience that enables agencies to launch, monetize, and scale successful SaaS businesses on HighLevel.
  • Define and own the measurement strategy for the Agency Revenue Suite, including instrumentation, reporting, and key SaaS metrics.
  • Drive measurable improvements in onboarding, activation, engagement, retention, and expansion through product analytics and experimentation.
  • Partner with Data Science, Analytics, and Engineering teams to develop growth insights, customer health models, and churn prediction frameworks.
  • Establish and scale experimentation frameworks and growth mechanisms to improve business performance.
  • Own the Voice of the Customer through research and analysis to inform product strategy and roadmap priorities.
  • Influence and align stakeholders across Product, Engineering, Design, Marketing, Revenue, and Customer Success.
  • Mentor Product Managers and contribute to product management best practices and growth methodologies.
