Requirements
- Four to six years of experience in product management, growth, or a closely related role.
- Strong SQL skills, including CTEs, window functions, cohort analysis, and funnel queries.
- Experience with a cloud data warehouse and building dashboards.
- Ability to write clear product specifications for engineering teams.
- Experience managing experiments, A/B testing, and data-driven learning processes.
- Demonstrated ability to produce data summaries for leadership decision-making.
- Familiarity with messaging, social, or consumer products.
- Understanding of subscription or freemium business models.
- Knowledge of statistical methods and experience working with imperfect data.
Responsibilities
- Own the product process for growth, including specs, user stories, success criteria, and experiment tracking.
- Run experiments end-to-end, covering hypothesis, instrumentation, launch, and results analysis.
- Build and maintain dashboards for key metrics such as activation, retention, conversion, and engagement.
- Investigate shifts in metrics to determine causes and recommend strategic actions.
- Collaborate with engineering and support to validate problems and assess feature impact.
- Maintain product documentation including feature specs, release notes, and internal reference docs.
