Job Details

5+ years of product management experience, ideally within SaaS, digital health, health tech, or consumer-facing platforms.
Demonstrated ability to drive product execution in ambiguous, evolving environments.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with experience using data to guide prioritization and decision-making.
Experience working cross-functional with engineering, design, and go-to-market teams.
Clear, confident communicator who can influence stakeholders and align teams.
Working knowledge of Agile product development practices.
Experience in digital health, D2C healthcare, or ecommerce environments preferred.
Exposure to regulated product environments or clinical/pharmacy operations preferred.
Technical fluency and comfort partnering with engineering teams preferred.
Familiarity with AI or data-driven product features preferred.

Define and execute product strategies across the medical user journey that align with FuturHealth’s mission, growth goals, and regulatory requirements.
Lead cross-functional product development from discovery through launch, balancing speed, quality, and compliance.
Own and optimize key growth levers across the product funnel, including conversion, retention, engagement, and lifetime value.
Use quantitative data, user insights, and clinical or operational feedback to prioritize features and improvements.
Partner closely with medical, operations, and external MSO and pharmacy stakeholders to ensure products support safe, effective, and scalable care delivery.
Define, track, and communicate product KPIs, focusing on outcomes that reflect both patient experience and business performance.
Collaborate with leadership to inform product roadmaps, sequencing, and trade-offs.
