Requirements

  • 10+ years of product management experience, with significant exposure to platform, infrastructure, or SaaS-scale systems.
  • Strong expertise in catalog systems, including SKU modeling, product hierarchies, pricing structures, and multi-channel distribution models.
  • Proven experience designing API-first products and platform systems consumed by multiple internal or external teams.
  • Strong understanding of data modeling principles and ability to evaluate long-term impact of schema and architecture decisions.
  • Experience working with multi-tenant architectures or marketplace-style product ecosystems is highly desirable.
  • Demonstrated ability to influence cross-functional teams without direct authority in complex organizational environments.
  • Strong strategic thinking combined with hands-on execution capability in ambiguous, high-scale environments.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to simplify complex technical and product concepts.
  • Experience in high-growth technology or SaaS companies is strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Own the end-to-end vision, strategy, and roadmap for the Product Information Management (PIM) platform, including catalog structure, items, variants, pricing logic, and related infrastructure.
  • Lead the redesign and migration of existing catalog systems into a scalable, extensible PIM capable of supporting diverse commerce use cases.
  • Define robust API contracts and data models to ensure the PIM serves as shared infrastructure across multiple internal product teams.
  • Drive multi-team alignment by collaborating with engineering, design, and product stakeholders to resolve competing requirements and ensure consistent platform direction.
  • Own pricing infrastructure strategy, including multi-currency support, rule-based pricing, and channel-specific price resolution logic.
  • Translate complex merchant and business needs into intuitive, scalable product experiences for catalog and product management workflows.
  • Establish platform standards, documentation practices, versioning strategies, and governance models to ensure long-term scalability.
  • Influence broader commerce roadmap decisions by aligning PIM investments with downstream product dependencies and strategic priorities.
