Requirements
- Experience in product management for data, analytics, or AI platforms/products.
- Hands-on exposure to modern cloud data platforms such as Snowflake, Databricks, AWS, Azure, or GCP.
- Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams in an agile environment.
- Strong data and AI literacy.
- Familiarity with data/AI architecture and governance.
- Experience in change-heavy transformations.
- Proficiency with product/project management tools.
- Willingness to travel as required.
- Significant experience owning end-to-end product outcomes (Lead Consultant).
- Prior external consulting experience and contributions to business development (Lead Consultant).
- Comfortable with executive-facing communication and engagement strategy (Lead Consultant).
Responsibilities
- Shape and deliver data and AI platforms/products by partnering with architects, engineers, analysts, and change leaders.
- Turn business goals into clear requirements, user stories, and backlogs while leading agile planning.
- Define and track KPIs and success metrics across business, customer, product, and delivery.
- Ensure quality, adoption, and continuous improvement through testing, validation, and stakeholder feedback.
- Communicate with business and technical stakeholders to surface risks and drive alignment.
- Lead engagement-level product vision, roadmap, and KPIs (Lead Consultant level).
- Contribute to proposals, estimates, and key client conversations (Lead Consultant level).
