Requirements
- 5 to 8 years of experience in B2B sales, channel development, channel partner management, or account management.
- Demonstrated background in the ICT or cybersecurity space.
- Proven track record of proactive prospecting and cold outreach.
- Demonstrated ability to transition from product-feature pitching to consultative solution selling.
- High level of adaptability and openness to learning new technologies and methodologies.
- Strong stamina for a fast-paced, high-travel role across the GCC region.
- Punchy, confident, and clear presentation skills.
Responsibilities
- Spearhead aggressive market entry by executing a localized channel partner strategy in the UAE and KSA.
- Hunt and secure high-profile lighthouse accounts by partnering with top-tier system integrators.
- Maintain an aggressive, consistent travel schedule across the region to build face-to-face relationships.
- Pivot partners from transactional selling to a consultative solution-selling strategy.
- Take full ownership of sales targets and build, track, and accelerate joint business plans with partners.
- Train and empower partner sales teams on the solution-selling methodology.
- Master the technical aspects of hardware-based cybersecurity to educate the partner network.
