- 1-2 years of experience in sales development, lead generation, or business development.
- Proven track record of consistent and effective sales development performance.
- History of creative, persistent, and effective outbound sales lead follow-up messaging.
- Excellent communication, discovery, and presentation skills.
- Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and multitasking ability.
- Proficiency in Salesforce.com, Outreach, and LinkedIn.
- Self-starter comfortable with limited supervision.
- Solid problem-solving skills and effectiveness as a researcher.
- Tech-savvy and comfortable navigating new software.
- Receptive to feedback, coaching, and improvement.
- Ability to work with urgency.
- Positive, warm, and inviting attitude.
Responsibilities
- Book meetings for Field Sales Reps (FSRs).
- Qualify leads to turn them into sales opportunities.
- Conduct outbound lead generation and pipeline creation using various tools.
- Maintain a clean and accurate database.
- Execute high-volume phone and email activity.
- Collaborate with Marketing and Channel teams on ad hoc projects.
- Master internal software tools.
- Research prospective organizations that benefit from cloud-based software solutions.
- Identify decision-makers within target organizations.
