Requirements

  • 1-2 years of experience in sales development, lead generation, or business development.
  • Proven track record of consistent and effective sales development performance.
  • History of creative, persistent, and effective outbound sales lead follow-up messaging.
  • Excellent communication, discovery, and presentation skills.
  • Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and multitasking ability.
  • Proficiency in Salesforce.com, Outreach, and LinkedIn.
  • Self-starter comfortable with limited supervision.
  • Solid problem-solving skills and effectiveness as a researcher.
  • Tech-savvy and comfortable navigating new software.
  • Receptive to feedback, coaching, and improvement.
  • Ability to work with urgency.
  • Positive, warm, and inviting attitude.

Responsibilities

  • Book meetings for Field Sales Reps (FSRs).
  • Qualify leads to turn them into sales opportunities.
  • Conduct outbound lead generation and pipeline creation using various tools.
  • Maintain a clean and accurate database.
  • Execute high-volume phone and email activity.
  • Collaborate with Marketing and Channel teams on ad hoc projects.
  • Master internal software tools.
  • Research prospective organizations that benefit from cloud-based software solutions.
  • Identify decision-makers within target organizations.
