Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in a sales position.
  • Proven track record of successfully meeting or exceeding revenue-based targets.
  • Strong understanding of business finance products (hire purchase, leasing, unsecured loans).
  • Experience working in the fintech space, ideally at a brokerage or lender.
  • Proficiency in managing and building relationships with vendors and partners.
  • Strong analytical and organizational skills with a results-oriented work ethic.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively under pressure and troubleshoot issues.
  • Proficiency with Salesforce for data management and reporting.

Responsibilities

  • Meet or exceed sales targets for commercial credit products.
  • Manage and nurture relationships with vendors and commercial lending partners.
  • Engage and guide small business customers through the entire finance application process.
  • Articulate the Funding Options by Tide proposition and finance products to customers.
  • Maintain accurate prospect data and identify market trends using Salesforce.
  • Collaborate with the wider organization by sharing successes and industry insights.
