Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in a sales position.
- Proven track record of successfully meeting or exceeding revenue-based targets.
- Strong understanding of business finance products (hire purchase, leasing, unsecured loans).
- Experience working in the fintech space, ideally at a brokerage or lender.
- Proficiency in managing and building relationships with vendors and partners.
- Strong analytical and organizational skills with a results-oriented work ethic.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure and troubleshoot issues.
- Proficiency with Salesforce for data management and reporting.
Responsibilities
- Meet or exceed sales targets for commercial credit products.
- Manage and nurture relationships with vendors and commercial lending partners.
- Engage and guide small business customers through the entire finance application process.
- Articulate the Funding Options by Tide proposition and finance products to customers.
- Maintain accurate prospect data and identify market trends using Salesforce.
- Collaborate with the wider organization by sharing successes and industry insights.
