Requirements
- Experience outbounding into large enterprise businesses with a track record of high performance.
- Fluent in German.
- Confident qualifying both inbound and outbound leads.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to convey technical principles in an easy-to-understand manner.
- Comfortable with meeting daily, weekly, and monthly call, email, and meeting targets.
- Intrinsically motivated with a 'get stuck in' attitude.
- Proficiency in tools such as Salesforce, Outreach/Salesloft, Gong, Demandbase, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
- Ability to travel for a mandatory one-week in-person Revenue Bootcamp during the second week of employment.
Responsibilities
- Conduct outbound prospecting into Enterprise accounts via phone and video.
- Qualify inbound leads to generate meetings with all levels of employees.
- Build collaborative account plans with Account Executives.
- Organize, log activity, and categorize sales leads in CRM.
- Articulate and sell Fivetran’s value proposition to address customer business goals.
- Adhere to established inbound and outbound KPIs.
