Requirements

  • Experience outbounding into large enterprise businesses with a track record of high performance.
  • Fluent in German.
  • Confident qualifying both inbound and outbound leads.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to convey technical principles in an easy-to-understand manner.
  • Comfortable with meeting daily, weekly, and monthly call, email, and meeting targets.
  • Intrinsically motivated with a 'get stuck in' attitude.
  • Proficiency in tools such as Salesforce, Outreach/Salesloft, Gong, Demandbase, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
  • Ability to travel for a mandatory one-week in-person Revenue Bootcamp during the second week of employment.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct outbound prospecting into Enterprise accounts via phone and video.
  • Qualify inbound leads to generate meetings with all levels of employees.
  • Build collaborative account plans with Account Executives.
  • Organize, log activity, and categorize sales leads in CRM.
  • Articulate and sell Fivetran’s value proposition to address customer business goals.
  • Adhere to established inbound and outbound KPIs.
