Requirements

  • 3-5 years of experience in a BDR/SDR role within a fast-paced, high-growth company.
  • Native or fluent English proficiency.
  • Demonstrated track record of meeting and exceeding quota in lead generation.
  • Proficiency in Salesloft, Outreach, or Apollo.io for sales engagement.
  • Experience with contact enrichment tools like Lusha, ZoomInfo, SalesIntel, Clearbit, or SalesIQ.
  • Hands-on experience with Salesforce or HubSpot.
  • Strong ability to handle objections and drive meaningful conversations.
  • Previous experience in AdTech, MarTech, SaaS, or Tech Sales is preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Execute high-volume cold calling using a consultative sales approach.
  • Perform outbound prospecting to generate and qualify new business leads.
  • Manage automated sequencing and follow-ups using sales engagement tools.
  • Maintain accurate records of prospect interactions and pipeline progress in CRM.
  • Adapt sales messaging for different buyer personas in enterprise and mid-market segments.
  • Verify prospect contact details using data enrichment tools.
