Requirements
- 3-5 years of experience in a BDR/SDR role within a fast-paced, high-growth company.
- Native or fluent English proficiency.
- Demonstrated track record of meeting and exceeding quota in lead generation.
- Proficiency in Salesloft, Outreach, or Apollo.io for sales engagement.
- Experience with contact enrichment tools like Lusha, ZoomInfo, SalesIntel, Clearbit, or SalesIQ.
- Hands-on experience with Salesforce or HubSpot.
- Strong ability to handle objections and drive meaningful conversations.
- Previous experience in AdTech, MarTech, SaaS, or Tech Sales is preferred.
Responsibilities
- Execute high-volume cold calling using a consultative sales approach.
- Perform outbound prospecting to generate and qualify new business leads.
- Manage automated sequencing and follow-ups using sales engagement tools.
- Maintain accurate records of prospect interactions and pipeline progress in CRM.
- Adapt sales messaging for different buyer personas in enterprise and mid-market segments.
- Verify prospect contact details using data enrichment tools.
