Requirements
- Minimum of 12 months of experience in sales development, business development, outbound prospecting, or a related commercial role.
- Previous experience within SaaS, technology, or startup environments is highly desirable.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with excellent written and spoken English proficiency.
- Proven ability to engage prospects, build rapport, and communicate value effectively.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving environment with shifting priorities and ambitious growth objectives.
- Results-driven mindset with a strong motivation to achieve targets and continuously improve performance.
- Familiarity with CRM platforms and prospecting tools such as LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, Salesforce, or similar solutions.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple accounts, outreach campaigns, and priorities simultaneously.
- Curiosity and interest in technology products, with the ability to quickly understand technical concepts and business applications.
- Collaborative attitude and willingness to work cross-functionally with different teams.
- Availability and willingness to travel within Europe when required.
Responsibilities
- Identify, research, and qualify prospective customers across multiple industries and target markets.
- Execute outbound prospecting campaigns through a variety of channels, including email, phone, LinkedIn, and industry events.
- Conduct discovery conversations to understand customer challenges, business needs, and decision-making processes.
- Build and maintain relationships with potential clients through structured follow-up and nurturing activities.
- Utilize sales technologies and prospecting tools to manage outreach efforts, track engagement, and optimize performance.
- Maintain accurate records of all prospect interactions, activities, and opportunities within CRM systems.
- Monitor pipeline metrics, lead progression, and campaign performance to support continuous improvement.
- Collaborate closely with marketing teams to refine ideal customer profiles, improve targeting strategies, and provide market feedback.
