Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
- Proven track record in sales development, business development, or lead generation.
- Fluency in English (mandatory).
- Proficiency in at least one of the following: Polish, Czech, Danish, or Swedish.
- Familiarity with cybersecurity concepts, technologies, and industry trends.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Demonstrated ability to use consultative and solution-based selling techniques.
- Self-motivated with a strong drive for achieving results.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills for building stakeholder relationships.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Adaptability to a dynamic startup environment.
Responsibilities
- Identify and research potential clients within the Nordics/CEE market through cold calling, email, social media, and networking.
- Conduct lead qualification to assess alignment with SOCRadar's target market and value proposition.
- Communicate product features and benefits to potential customers as a trusted advisor.
- Establish and nurture relationships with decision-makers like C-level executives, IT managers, and security professionals.
- Maintain accurate records of prospecting activities and manage the sales pipeline.
- Collaborate with the sales team to transition leads and participate in strategic sales initiatives.
- Monitor industry trends and the competitive landscape to effectively position solutions.
- Meet or exceed assigned targets for lead generation and qualified opportunities.
