Requirements
- Based in Singapore.
- 2+ years of experience in B2B outbound sales, cold calling, or SDR roles.
- Proven success generating qualified meetings through outbound prospecting.
- Strong experience engaging C-level executives and senior business decision-makers.
- Excellent discovery, questioning, and opportunity qualification skills.
- Experience using Salesforce or another CRM platform.
- Excellent spoken and written English communication skills.
- Experience selling ERP, finance software, business applications, or other enterprise technology solutions.
- Fast and reliable internet connection, personal laptop or desktop, quiet working environment, and a good-quality headset.
Responsibilities
- Execute outbound prospecting campaigns via phone and email.
- Engage with C-level executives and senior business decision-makers.
- Conduct discovery conversations to uncover business challenges.
- Qualify opportunities and book high-quality meetings for the client sales team.
- Manage and track all activity within the CRM platform.
- Collaborate closely with Account Managers to build a strong sales pipeline.
