Requirements

  • Based in Singapore.
  • 2+ years of experience in B2B outbound sales, cold calling, or SDR roles.
  • Proven success generating qualified meetings through outbound prospecting.
  • Strong experience engaging C-level executives and senior business decision-makers.
  • Excellent discovery, questioning, and opportunity qualification skills.
  • Experience using Salesforce or another CRM platform.
  • Excellent spoken and written English communication skills.
  • Experience selling ERP, finance software, business applications, or other enterprise technology solutions.
  • Fast and reliable internet connection, personal laptop or desktop, quiet working environment, and a good-quality headset.

Responsibilities

  • Execute outbound prospecting campaigns via phone and email.
  • Engage with C-level executives and senior business decision-makers.
  • Conduct discovery conversations to uncover business challenges.
  • Qualify opportunities and book high-quality meetings for the client sales team.
  • Manage and track all activity within the CRM platform.
  • Collaborate closely with Account Managers to build a strong sales pipeline.
