Requirements

  • 2–4 years of experience in BDR/SDR, inside sales, or demand generation in B2B technology.
  • Full professional fluency in both Korean and English (written and verbal).
  • Proven success prospecting into Korean enterprises or local subsidiaries of global companies.
  • Proficiency with outbound sequencing tools and CRM platforms like Salesforce, HubSpot, and Outreach.
  • Familiarity with data infrastructure, cloud storage, AI/ML, or enterprise software landscapes.
  • Strong understanding of enterprise sales cycles and lead qualification methodologies.
  • In-depth knowledge of Korean business culture and enterprise buying dynamics.
  • Self-directed work style with strong research and data-driven prospecting skills.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Computer Science, or related field preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Respond rapidly to inbound MQLs, including pricing inquiries, demo requests, and trial downloads.
  • Qualify inbound leads based on ICP alignment, workload fit, and project timing.
  • Research and identify target accounts using intent data and account signals.
  • Execute personalized outbound sequences via email, phone, and LinkedIn targeting Korean enterprise personas.
  • Convert open-source user base into commercial customers.
  • Serve as a primary responder for website live chat inquiries.
  • Follow up on leads from paid media campaigns and support pre/post-event recruitment.
  • Maintain accurate records in CRM systems including Salesforce, HubSpot, and Outreach.
