Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a Biotech or Biologics related field.
  • 5+ years of sales experience in the life sciences industry.
  • Ability to manage key accounts and sales opportunities in the assigned territory.
  • Ability to promote assigned products with expertise.
  • Excellent interpersonal, listening, and communication skills.
  • Experience in lab automation sales, marketing, or field applications is a plus.
  • Proficiency with the SFDC CRM system is a plus.
  • Experience working in a multinational corporation (MNC) is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Drive sales of lab automation products in the Korean market, with a focus on research and pharmaceutical industries.
  • Promote additional products including cell health products.
  • Achieve annual sales goals and manage sales forecasts.
  • Utilize CRM (SFDC) system to handle all sales opportunities.
  • Implement Danaher Business System to optimize workflows and enhance productivity.
  • Build strong relationships with key opinion leaders (KOLs) and influencers.
  • Expand market coverage by engaging with targeted customer segments.
  • Establish and maintain relationships with customers in the territory.
  • Monitor market trends and competitors’ activities to develop and execute sales strategies.
