Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a Biotech or Biologics related field.
- 5+ years of sales experience in the life sciences industry.
- Ability to manage key accounts and sales opportunities in the assigned territory.
- Ability to promote assigned products with expertise.
- Excellent interpersonal, listening, and communication skills.
- Experience in lab automation sales, marketing, or field applications is a plus.
- Proficiency with the SFDC CRM system is a plus.
- Experience working in a multinational corporation (MNC) is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Drive sales of lab automation products in the Korean market, with a focus on research and pharmaceutical industries.
- Promote additional products including cell health products.
- Achieve annual sales goals and manage sales forecasts.
- Utilize CRM (SFDC) system to handle all sales opportunities.
- Implement Danaher Business System to optimize workflows and enhance productivity.
- Build strong relationships with key opinion leaders (KOLs) and influencers.
- Expand market coverage by engaging with targeted customer segments.
- Establish and maintain relationships with customers in the territory.
- Monitor market trends and competitors’ activities to develop and execute sales strategies.
