Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or Sales Enablement in a B2B SaaS environment.
  • Fluency in German and professional level English.
  • Proven experience designing and managing sales processes and forecasting cadences.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and drive insights.
  • Admin-level experience with a CRM (ideally HubSpot Sales Hub).
  • Experience with AI tools for workflow automation and operational efficiency.
  • Hands-on experience with integration tools such as Zapier or n8n.
  • Fundamental understanding of databases and data synchronization concepts.
  • Experience building documentation, training materials, and internal toolkits.
  • Ability to work cross-functionally and communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Strong sense of process discipline, quality, and structure.
  • Experience working in a remote-first, high-ambiguity environment.

Responsibilities

  • Take ownership of the sales funnel from SQL to Closed Won to increase velocity.
  • Develop and refine deal-routing and coverage models for optimal sales team performance.
  • Establish forecasting cadences, including pipeline reviews and slippage analysis.
  • Manage and improve the sales tech stack (CRM, sequences, proposal tools) with a focus on data quality and adoption.
  • Set standards for pipeline hygiene and process compliance, identifying and removing funnel bottlenecks.
  • Build a data-driven sales culture by creating and maintaining performance dashboards and reports.
  • Collaborate with RevOps to ensure alignment between marketing, sales, and customer success.
  • Enable the sales team through training on CRM best practices and process standards.
  • Translate sales user stories into automated workflows and UX improvements.
