Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in BFSI sales, enterprise software sales, or digital transformation solution sales.
- Proven success managing end-to-end sales cycles for large enterprise accounts.
- Strong understanding of Document Management Systems (DMS) and document-centric business processes.
- Experience selling technology solutions to banks, insurance firms, NBFCs, or financial institutions.
- Ability to engage and influence senior business and technology stakeholders.
- Strong consultative selling, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Experience with enterprise software solutions, workflow automation, or digital platforms.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management capabilities.
Responsibilities
- Own and manage the complete sales cycle, including prospecting, lead qualification, solution positioning, proposal development, negotiation, and closure.
- Identify and develop new business opportunities within banks, NBFCs, insurance companies, financial institutions, and fintech organizations.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with CXOs, business heads, operations leaders, and technology stakeholders.
- Position Document Management System (DMS) solutions that align with business objectives and regulatory requirements.
- Consistently achieve and exceed revenue, pipeline, and sales targets.
- Collaborate with internal teams including product, implementation, and customer success to ensure smooth project transitions.
- Maintain accurate sales forecasts, pipeline visibility, and CRM updates.
