Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in business or engineering.
  • 5-10 years of sales and business development experience in the target market.
  • Experience working in the Water Treatment market.
  • Fluency in spoken and written English.
  • Ability to travel 30-50% of the time.
  • Strong technical background.
  • Proven ability to develop business plans and commercial documentation.
  • Skilled in customer relationship management, sales strategy execution, and teamwork.
  • Proficiency in conveying technical information clearly and conducting training sessions.

Responsibilities

  • Meet or exceed assigned sales quotas through effective territory planning and lead management.
  • Develop and strengthen relationships with customers, distribution channels, consultants, OEMs, and EPCs.
  • Prepare proposals, sales presentations, and conduct customer training sessions.
  • Monitor market conditions, competitive trends, and benchmarks to identify new business opportunities.
  • Collaborate with internal departments including Marketing, Accounting, and Legal.
  • Maintain accurate records in the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system.
  • Organize and execute relevant conferences, seminars, and industry events.
  • Report on sales metrics, opportunities, and market threats to senior management.
