Requirements
- 8+ years experience in positioning and selling large, complex solutions into the nonprofit sector.
- Proven track record of consistent over-quota achievement within a software vendor.
- Experience in both acquiring new business and cultivating existing relationships.
- Strong communication, negotiation, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Expertise in building multi-level, consultative relationships, including with C-level executives.
- Experience working within a solution-selling or consultative selling methodology.
- Experience selling/navigating a complex sale.
- Deep understanding of customer industry trends.
- Experience selling into development offices is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Manage individual sales pipeline and committed contract revenue for prospective nonprofit clients.
- Conduct product presentations and demos for prospective clients.
- Negotiate annual recurring revenue contracts and manage existing client relationships.
- Execute targeted outreach and prospect research using tools like LinkedIn.
- Maintain accurate sales data and pipeline status in HubSpot.
- Hold discovery and follow-up meetings to understand client pain points and decision-making timelines.
- Coordinate with the Client Success team to discuss commitment options and pricing.
