Requirements
- 6+ years of experience in B2B lifecycle or integrated campaigns marketing.
- At least 3 years of experience leading and developing high-performing teams.
- Strong track record of driving measurable business outcomes like MQLs, pipeline, activation, retention, and revenue.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret campaign data and drive experimentation strategy.
- Hands-on experience with marketing automation platforms and CRM tools.
- Deep proficiency in using AI-powered marketing tools to increase productivity and scale operations.
- Systems-thinking approach to the customer journey.
- Experience working in a dual-motion B2B environment (self-serve and sales-assisted) is a strong plus.
- Ability to operate at both strategic and executional levels.
- Strong cross-functional relationship and communication skills.
- Comfort with ambiguity and a bias toward action.
Responsibilities
- Define and refine end-to-end campaign strategy across prospect conversion, adoption, expansion, and retention.
- Manage a team of Campaign Managers, fostering a culture of experimentation, quality, and accountability.
- Oversee integrated campaign execution to ensure consistency across the full customer lifecycle.
- Utilize AI tools and agentic campaign systems to improve team velocity, personalization, and productivity.
- Manage owned channel strategy including email and in-app communications.
- Partner with Growth, Product Marketing, Sales, and CS teams to align on strategy, lead quality, and expansion goals.
- Advocate for necessary marketing automation infrastructure and data tooling.
