  • 3+ years of experience leading a sales team.
  • Proven track record of building new-logo pipeline from scratch.
  • Strong command of structured sales processes and accurate forecasting.
  • Hands-on approach capable of working in a lean, capital-disciplined environment.
  • Experience with AI-augmented sales tools and motions.
  • Proficiency in Salesforce and MEDDPICC sales methodology.
  • Experience selling into operations, HR, or workforce management buyers (preferred).
  • Domain expertise in healthcare or manufacturing (preferred).

Responsibilities

  • Own and deliver on new-logo bookings as the primary performance measure.
  • Drive full-cycle pipeline generation and conversion within healthcare and manufacturing sectors.
  • Provide direct coaching and development for three account executives.
  • Maintain sales process, forecasting discipline, and CRM hygiene using Salesforce and MEDDPICC.
  • Define the go-to-market motion for ConnectOS for both new and existing accounts.
  • Collaborate with the CEO on compensation plan design and quota setting.
  • Personally manage and close deals within named target accounts.
