- 3+ years of experience leading a sales team.
- Proven track record of building new-logo pipeline from scratch.
- Strong command of structured sales processes and accurate forecasting.
- Hands-on approach capable of working in a lean, capital-disciplined environment.
- Experience with AI-augmented sales tools and motions.
- Proficiency in Salesforce and MEDDPICC sales methodology.
- Experience selling into operations, HR, or workforce management buyers (preferred).
- Domain expertise in healthcare or manufacturing (preferred).
Responsibilities
- Own and deliver on new-logo bookings as the primary performance measure.
- Drive full-cycle pipeline generation and conversion within healthcare and manufacturing sectors.
- Provide direct coaching and development for three account executives.
- Maintain sales process, forecasting discipline, and CRM hygiene using Salesforce and MEDDPICC.
- Define the go-to-market motion for ConnectOS for both new and existing accounts.
- Collaborate with the CEO on compensation plan design and quota setting.
- Personally manage and close deals within named target accounts.
