Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in the employer benefits ecosystem.
- Strong network of broker and consultant relationships.
- Deep experience within labor and/or public sector segments.
- Proven track record of growing strategic relationships with senior stakeholders.
- Experience driving complex, multi-stakeholder initiatives independently.
- Strong executive communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to translate product and clinical value into compelling messaging.
- Experience working cross-functionally to align teams and drive outcomes.
- Experience operating in fast-paced environments.
- Proficiency in Salesforce or similar CRM (preferred).
Responsibilities
- Originate and qualify new opportunities through consultant networks focusing on labor and public sector clients.
- Advance deals to close by partnering with Sales to shape strategy and influence consultant recommendations.
- Execute engagement strategies within priority firms to expand access to key stakeholders and unlock new pathways for active opportunities.
- Lead escalations for key accounts to maintain relationships and drive strategic upsell opportunities.
- Deliver deal-specific messaging and internal resources to strengthen positioning for labor and public sector buyers.
- Maintain deep product and market expertise to articulate competitive differentiation.
- Track and report consultant-influenced pipeline, bookings, and conversion metrics in Salesforce.
