Requirements

  • Senior B2B marketing leadership experience with deep demand generation expertise.
  • Proven experience developing customer-centric, ROI-focused marketing programs.
  • Strong strategic thinker with a hands-on approach to execution.
  • Demonstrated experience managing CRM and marketing automation platforms such as HubSpot, Marketo, or Salesforce.
  • Experience managing campaigns targeting QSR, hospitality, or enterprise tech audiences.
  • Collaborative mindset with a focus on data-driven decision-making.
  • Strong ability to partner with sales, product, and leadership teams.

Responsibilities

  • Architect and execute a full-funnel demand generation strategy from awareness to pipeline acceleration.
  • Launch high-impact digital campaigns, events, and field marketing initiatives.
  • Develop content strategy including white papers, case studies, and videos.
  • Own and optimize the marketing tech stack including CRM, automation, and analytics tools.
  • Lead sales development strategy and ensure seamless alignment between sales and marketing teams.
  • Oversee PR, media strategy, and agency relationships.
  • Manage Tillster's presence at tradeshows, client summits, and industry events.
