Requirements
- Senior B2B marketing leadership experience with deep demand generation expertise.
- Proven experience developing customer-centric, ROI-focused marketing programs.
- Strong strategic thinker with a hands-on approach to execution.
- Demonstrated experience managing CRM and marketing automation platforms such as HubSpot, Marketo, or Salesforce.
- Experience managing campaigns targeting QSR, hospitality, or enterprise tech audiences.
- Collaborative mindset with a focus on data-driven decision-making.
- Strong ability to partner with sales, product, and leadership teams.
Responsibilities
- Architect and execute a full-funnel demand generation strategy from awareness to pipeline acceleration.
- Launch high-impact digital campaigns, events, and field marketing initiatives.
- Develop content strategy including white papers, case studies, and videos.
- Own and optimize the marketing tech stack including CRM, automation, and analytics tools.
- Lead sales development strategy and ensure seamless alignment between sales and marketing teams.
- Oversee PR, media strategy, and agency relationships.
- Manage Tillster's presence at tradeshows, client summits, and industry events.
