Requirements
- 2–4 years of experience in B2B marketing, growth marketing, PR, content marketing, sales enablement, or GTM roles
- Experience working in a fast-moving agency, startup, tech company, or high-growth environment
- Strong project management skills to handle multiple workstreams and stakeholders
- Strong writing and editing abilities for clear messaging and compelling storytelling
- High business judgment to connect marketing activity to revenue outcomes
- Ability to collaborate effectively with sales, partnerships, and executive teams
- Proactive, resourceful mindset with comfort in ambiguous, fast-paced environments
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to turn high-level direction into clear plans with defined owners and deliverables
Responsibilities
- Drive execution across high-impact GTM initiatives, including content, events, partner marketing, PR, sales enablement, and revenue-driving campaigns
- Connect marketing programs to pipeline, meetings, partner expansion, and revenue outcomes
- Support event strategy and execution, including account planning, outreach, and post-event tracking
- Partner with Sales and Partnerships to improve account targeting and in-market activation
- Develop sales enablement materials such as pitch decks, case studies, and event messaging
- Scale content production across articles, social, newsletters, and campaign assets
- Build project plans, timelines, and workflows to ensure timely cross-functional delivery
- Measure and communicate the impact of GTM programs to senior leadership
