Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in marketing and customer acquisition with significant budget ownership.
- 5+ years of experience leading marketing teams.
- Proven track record in consumer lending or scaling credit/lending products.
- Deep expertise across affiliate marketplaces, paid digital, lead generation, direct mail, and email.
- Strong understanding of attribution models, marketing technology, and AI integration in marketing.
- Experience leading acquisition through a martech platform transition such as CDP or lead routing.
- Demonstrated ability to make high-quality financial decisions grounded in lending unit economics.
- Strong leadership capabilities in recruiting, developing, and retaining high-performing talent.
- Ability to drive complex initiatives from concept to execution in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment.
Responsibilities
- Own the end-to-end acquisition strategy and deployment, driving scalable, profitable growth for our personal loan business.
- Develop and scale performance marketing strategy across multi-channel initiatives including direct mail, lead-gen email, affiliate, and digital.
- Own consolidated forecasting, budget pacing, and performance reporting while managing unit economics and CAC.
- Foster a test and learn culture applying rigorous logic, analysis, and data-driven decision making.
- Build, lead, and mentor a high-performing team of growth marketers and manage agency/partner resources.
- Drive go-to-market, brand, and product marketing through value articulation and competitive positioning.
